About Life Care Counseling

Helping Couples, Parents, and Families Build Healthier Relationships in St. Louis

My name is Craig Foust, and I’m a licensed counselor serving individuals, couples, teens, and families in the St. Louis area since 2013 . Over the years, I’ve seen how communication patterns and relationship cycles can keep people feeling stuck—even when they genuinely want change.

My Approach

At Life Care Counseling, I take a collaborative and goal-focused approach. Together, we identify patterns that may be causing conflict, miscommunication, or stress in your relationships. From there, we create strategies to build better communication, stronger connections, and healthier family dynamics.
For clients who desire a faith-informed approach, I integrate Christian values into counseling when requested. All sessions are confidential and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or family.

I became a counselor because I’m passionate about helping people break these cycles and create stronger, healthier, and more connected relationships. My goal is to guide clients through practical, lasting change in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Life Care Counseling focused on experiential based approached that aim to create a new experience around yourself, family member, or spouse in order to help change to occur. Feel free to reach out for a more detail idea of what this looks like!

All sessions include a variety of techniques that have been researched and proven effective in helping people through various challenges. Meet Craig Foust

Counseling is more than identifying what's wrong, it's about understanding the patterns that keep us stuck and developing healthier ways of relating to ourselves and the people we care about.

I've been helping individuals, couples, teens, and families navigate difficult seasons since 2013. My approach is practical, relational, and tailored to the needs of each person or couples I work with.
